THE FREEDOM FLOTILLA

INTERROGATING THE INTERROGATOR

Greetings Earthlings,

My guest on this episode is the retired FBI agent, whistleblower and tireless anti-war activist, Coleen Rowley.

In 2002, Coleen testified to the 9/11 commission about how the FBI had ignored critical intelligence related to the 9/11 attacks. That same year, Time Magazine declared three Whistleblowers as persons of the year, including Coleen herself who was featured on the cover along with Sherron Watkins from Enron and Cynthia Cooper of Worldcom.

Later this month, Coleen will set sail with the Freedom Flotilla that will leave an undisclosed location in Turkey with the intent on making it to the eastern shores of the Mediterranean to deliver 5500 tonnes of critically needed humanitarian aid to the victims of the Gaza genocide.

The Freedom Flotilla has attempted this trip numerous times over the years, sometimes successfully, sometimes not so successfully. Sometimes the participants have been taken prisoner by Israel, and tragically, in 2010, ten activists were killed when the IDF raided the Flotilla en route to Gaza on the Mediterranean.

Given the absolutely insane behaviour we’re seeing from the IDF in the current situation, this is an incredibly dangerous mission, and anyone participating must be prepared to die in the process. In terms of political actions and protests, this is definitely not recommended for beginners, but as you will learn for yourself very soon, Ms. Rowley and her sistren and brethren are cut from a very different cloth entirely. Forget Chris Evans, Chis Hemsworth and Jason Mamoa, In actuality, real world heroes are more reminiscent of the cast of the Golden Girls.

So without further ado, let’s have a chat with the legendary Coleen Rowley. You’re gonna like this one so slooshy well my little droogies.

Slooshy well.
